🚌 Wakulla Families—We need your help! We need all of our families to log into FOCUS to fill out your Transportation Preference Form for the 2025–2026 school year.
🚗 Car rider? You still need to complete the form. Select CAR RIDER and then SUBMIT 🚍 Bus rider? De-Select “CAR RIDER” AND then add: •Morning and afternoon pick-up/drop-off addresses •Afterschool program information and addresses •Any special scheduling notes (e.g. different locations on different days, car rider days)
Over 2,500 students ride our buses each year—we’re planning now!
Due to the severe weather in our area, today’s football practice is canceled.
The safety of our players and staff is our top priority.
Stay safe, and we’ll see everyone at the next scheduled practice!

Parents and Guardians,
Wakulla County Schools are actively monitoring the active shooter situation at FSU. A small number of students were on a field trip in Tallahassee to participate in the Special Olympics Torch Run, and they have all been accounted for safely. Their return to Wakulla County may be delayed as law enforcement in Tallahassee is responding to the active situation. Their return may impact the timing of our afternoon bus routes, and more information will be shared as that timing is better known.
All WCS schools are still operating as normal and will dismiss at the regular time. We appreciate you patience as we work through this unfortunate situation.
Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved at FSU, and we will be prepared to assist our students and families who may be impacted directly.
